Go beneath the surface of your conscious thoughts

Finding stillness in my morning meditation has allowed me to dip below the surface of my conscious thoughts to a deeper space. In this yummy and often profound place, my truths often find their voice and remind me of the things I’ve perhaps silenced or forgotten about.

It’s usually these things I’m missing and actually need the most, but they have gotten lost underneath the busyness of doing.

Some of the messages I’ve noted down in my journal over the past few months that have bubbled up from my subconscious are:

“Trust that everything is happening the way it’s supposed to.”

“Make space for stillness".

“Protect your energy.”

“What are you afraid of?”

“Don’t let it take up so much space in your mind and heart.”

Come home to yourself.”

“Follow what awakens and enlivens you.”

“Focus on your strengths and what you bring to the world.”

“When you trust and surrender, know that life is happening exactly as it’s mean to.”

“Feel into your body. And trust what you find there.”

Accessing these deeper parts of myself is one of the many benefits of the 1 Giant Mind Being Technique that I practice and teach - it creates the perfect conditions to expand a deeper sense of knowingness and awareness.

By simply Being and not Doing, I can access my internal resources that facilitate growth and peace. ✨
