Design a guided meditation program to suit your team’s needs with a different meditation for each session.
We will begin and end with a well-being check-in, provide your team with actionable recommendations based on the theme, and invite the group to share their meditation experiences.
Each session is hosted live and attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions about their practice.
In-person sessions are hosted at your office for locations in Sydney CBD and surrounds, or online for local, regional and global teams.
