Learn to Meditate
Making space for stillness in your mind, body and soul allows you to find a baseline sense of calm and peace. We do this by creating the perfect conditions for your whole self to release stress and fatigue. Learn how to practice this gentle and simple twenty-minute meditation technique that is accessible and gentle, something you can do any where at any time - you won’t need to rely on apps, or someone to guide you through.
I’m a meditation teacher certified to teach the 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique. Learning this technique will help you find a deeper sense of awareness and give yourself care and attention that allows for simply Being. Reconnect with your essence and meet yourself where you are, in the moment, at this stage of your life.
It’s not so much about what happens during your meditation as what happens around it, in your ‘eyes open’ day-to-day.
Notice that’s happening within and around you without judgement. Witness without being consumed. Respond thoughtfully instead of reacting out of fear-based behavioural patterns.

I find it hard to sit still, and rest my mind, so am aware that meditation would be really beneficial for me, but have always struggled with it. Now working remotely, and having shut off social activities due to Covid-19, I felt it was a great opportunity to have another go at resetting and restarting a meditation practice. I just completed Kimberley's 3 day course, during which time Kimberley not only did an amazing job explaining what is happening, but also was extremely supportive. I found meditations frustrating, especially when comparing it to others in the course who were more easily able to quiet their minds, but as Kimberley explained, it's not about what happens in the meditation it's what happens around it. And if all I manage is to sit and rest for 20 minutes twice a day, then it's great, and still is meditating, even if it didn't fit into my existing definition of "what meditation should be". This course is a great way to start, or reset a meditation practice with a guide who is supportive, encouraging and a great communicator.

I really enjoyed this course. It was relaxed and informative and delivered really well in a way that was easy to follow and understand. I've done some meditations in the past but only using mobile apps. This was completely different and much more valuable experience. Kimberley provided context and guidance throughout which has now equipped me with some important core pillars through which to continue my mediations in the future. Can highly recommend this course for anyone looking to learn about mediation in a dynamic, supportive and interactive environment. 5 stars!
