Affordable well-Being support delivered as live sessions online in shorter moments throughout the day.

Join us for 10-30 minute meditations, yoga, creative play, and intentional reflective sessions.

This program is designed with your day in mind for whatever your day looks like so you can take time and space to balance your nervous system and practice sitting - Being - in your Sense of Self. We’ve chosen to create short sessions so you can weave them through the day, wherever you are, whenever you’re able to join.

This program will help you establish, cultivate, or support a regular well-Being practice for managing stress, regulating the nervous system, fostering creativity, and nurturing self-compassion, self-care, self-love, and self-worth. 

No previous experience is necessary in any of the practices as we will guide you through them. This is perfect for those trying meditation, yoga, stretching, or reflective practices for the first time. Or join this program if you have a regular practice but would like more consistency or variation to your flow.

Date: 3 March - 13 April 2025. Join any time. You do not need to attend every week or every session. There is a schedule of events for you to choose what you’re able to join. We have 10 options each week (see schedule below). There is no need to be able to attend all sessions to participate or feel supported to cultivate a regular practice.

What you need: somewhere to practice; a device (computer or phone) to access zoom; chair for chair yoga (this is yoga done in a chair/seated), or you can sit on the floor; yoga mat or towel for yoga practices that aren’t seated + large towel or cushions for props; something to journal with; any other lovely things you’d like around you to support your well-being.

For yoga during the ‘work day’, you don’t need yoga clothes, but you will need clothes you can move around in with comfort and discretion if you are around people, and it won’t be anything too sweaty.

  • SPECIAL OFFER FOR FINAL 2 WEEKS: $20 for access to 20 remaining sessions

  • Access 1 week: $20 | Access all weeks: $80 to access all sessions (10 sessions each week until 13 April)

Once your order is placed, we’ll email you the zoom details for each session that week so please check the email you use to purchase. There is no need to RSVP to each session. Kimberley works with people to make sense and meaning of life's experiences to understand why they are the way they are today, and what to do with this information moving forward. This includes getting to know how they process emotions and experiences, leaning into what it feels like to Be in every feeling - the warm, the sweet, the icky, the sticky, the wobbly, the light and shade and everything in between; felt Sense of Self.

Kimberley draws on her training in counselling, somatic psychotherapy, trauma-informed yoga teaching, meditation teaching, EMDR, and communications. 

She works somatically, looking at how the body stores and reacts to stress, trauma, inputs and stimulation of everyday life, to work through bringing mind, body, and essence together. 

Sylvia is a down-to-earth counsellor and coach with a Master’s in Psychotherapy, offering a blend of counselling and coaching to support individuals in creating real, lasting change. With a warm, client-focused approach, she works closely with people to explore their challenges, help them gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. Sylvia provides a supportive space where clients can gain insights, overcome obstacles and take practical steps towards personal growth and healing.

Whether you’re seeking emotional support, looking to move through a period of stuckness, or wanting guidance to reach your goals or improve relationships, Sylvia is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential and make meaningful changes in your life.
